SHIPPING INFORMATION 

DOMESTIC

Upon purchase, items will be shipped after 1-3 business days. Please allow up to 5 business days during sale/release periods. A confirmation email will be sent once the order has been placed and a follow up email with a tracking number will be sent once your items have been shipped.

Once sent, the parcel is the responsibility of Australia Post and Quinn + Coco will not be held responsible for any damage, postage delays or incorrect address information given by the customer. Express shipping delivery time frames are 1-5 business days within Australia.

INTERNATIONAL

For international orders, shipping costs vary and can be viewed upon checkout. Delivery times depend on the country the items are being sent to. Once sent, the parcel is the responsibility of Australia Post and Quinn + Coco will not be held responsible for any damage, postage delays or incorrect address information given by the customer. We do not accept responsibility for any duty tax or other import cost on international orders. It is a legal requirement for Quinn + Coco to declare the correct value of the order on customs declarations for international orders and will under no circumstances falsify any information.
