RETURNS and EXCHANGES
Quinn + Coco are unable to accept returns or refunds on items for change of mind. We allow exchanges in the event that the sizing is incorrect, however the customer is responsible for covering all associated shipping costs to facilitate the exchange. Item/s must be returned to us within 7 business days of receiving them. Please email us at email@example.com before returning your item/s so we can check our stock availability. In the event of the required size being sold out, we will be unable to complete the exchange. If an exchange is offered, items must be returned in original, unworn condition with tags still attached. Quinn + Coco is not responsible for any loss or damage incurred through a return or exchange.
Unfortunately there are no exchanges or returns on sale items.
If you are not happy with the quality of your purchase, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will arrange a refund with the return of the item/s at your expense. In the event of an item being faulty beyond repair, we will offer a full refund for the item. Faulty items must be reported within 5 calendar days of item receipt to be eligible for return or refund. Under no circumstances will we accept returns on items after this period has lapsed. We reserve the right to deny returns if the item does not meet our return policy requirements. Quinn + Coco is not responsible for any loss or damage incurred through a return.
